By accessing, browsing, or utilizing Kundli.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Accuracy of User Information
Because Vedic astrological calculations depend entirely on the precision of birth inputs (Date, Time, and City of Birth), you acknowledge that any inaccuracies in the data you provide will directly alter the resulting planetary positions, Ascendant, Dasha cycles, and divisional charts.
3. Payments, Pricing & Refund Policy
Reports on Kundli.io are offered on a transparent, one-time payment basis (₹99 per report) via Razorpay. There are no recurring memberships or hidden subscriptions.
Refund Policy
If your report fails to generate or deliver due to an unexpected server or network error on our end, we issue a 100% refund. Please email support@kundli.io with your payment ID. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Once a report has been successfully computed and rendered on-screen, computation costs are incurred immediately, and transactions are generally non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, report layouts, design elements, texts, and graphical charts on Kundli.io are the exclusive intellectual property of Kundli.io and its founder, protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may download and print your personal generated PDF reports for private, non-commercial use.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Kundli.io, its founder Deepak Thakur, or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or reliance upon any interpretations, charts, or content provided on this website.
