Our Zero-Data Retention Commitment
At Kundli.io, your personal birth information is treated as private and ephemeral. We do not store, catalog, monetize, or build advertising profiles from your date, time, or place of birth. Calculations are executed in server memory and discarded once the report is delivered to your browser.
1. Information We Collect
To generate your birth chart or compatibility report, we temporarily collect:
- Birth Parameters: Date of birth, time of birth, and birthplace location.
- Geographic Coordinates: Latitude, longitude, and timezone offset derived from your birth city.
- Name: Optional, used solely to label your downloadable report and PDF.
- Transaction Data: Razorpay payment identifiers (order ID, payment ID) to verify access.
2. How Your Information Is Processed
When you submit your birth details, the information is transmitted via secure 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to our calculation engine. The engine computes astronomical longitudes, signs, houses, and Dasha periods in real-time memory. The resulting output is rendered directly into your browser session.
We do not maintain a permanent database of user birth records. Once your report session concludes or your tab is closed, the computation data does not persist on our infrastructure.
3. Payment Information Security
All financial transactions are handled exclusively by Razorpay, India's leading PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Kundli.io never collects, processes, or stores your credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs.
4. Cookies and Analytical Tools
We use standard, non-invasive cookies necessary for website routing, session security, and aggregate traffic performance analytics (such as measuring page speed and error rates). We do not use tracking cookies to follow your activity across third-party websites.
5. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or birth charts to third parties. We do not participate in advertising data brokers.
6. User Rights & Inquiries
